Switching
Switching from SignUpGenius to Volunteer Shift Manager takes about the same time as setting up a new SignUpGenius event. Export your volunteer contact list as CSV from SignUpGenius — name and email, plus phone if you collected it. Import into VSM. Recreate your active shifts (this is usually fast since SignUpGenius and VSM both have a small number of shifts at any time). Past signups don't migrate, but most coordinators don't need them — they need next week's signups to work, ad-free, with reminders that actually go out.
