Planning

Planning is for volunteers interested in taking on one element of the event. This may include envisioning activities, gathering supplies, and communicating with volunteers. Timing is flexible, though all planning volunteers are asked to prioritize joining a call on Wednesday, 9/16, from 8:30pm-9:30pm. In this role, volunteers will coordinate which games & activities will be offered; gather supplies needed; and prepare for volunteers.

Event Support

Event Support shifts cover various aspects of the event including set up and take down. Set up stations and place directional signs.

At the welcome table, volunteers will check in attendees.

Fire Pit Safety

We need one volunteer each to maintain and monitor safety for 2-3 camp fires while families will roast hotdogs.

Activities

Oversee various activities during the event. For this shift, we're seeking volunteers to set up and supervise lawn games, soccer games, etc.
