Wichita Pride

On Saturday, October 24th, Wichita Pride is hosting an adult kickball tournament and we need event runners to help out with the day! The tournament will start at 10 am and will run into the afternoon until a team is deemed Champion. The shift starts at 9:15 am and you will help with set up, directing teams to fields, keeping water and snacks stocked, and other miscellaneous tasks that may pop up.

The tournament will start at 10 am and will run into the afternoon until a team is deemed Champion. The shift starts at 9:15 am to give you plenty of time to orient yourself with the fields and rules. As an umpire, having a general knowledge of kickball/softball/baseball rules will help. Anyone interested in being an umpire is encouraged to attend (or play if you'd like!) a Q-Force kickball game ahead of time to brush up on the rules. Wichita Pride's Amateur Drag Show showcases local amateur drag kings, queens, and performers. Volunteers will help the event run smoothly from set up, to assisting performers, protecting the art around the venue, and tear down.
