UBUNTU Collective

A little holiday magic, wrapped with love. Help us sort, organize and wrap special gifts for families who could use a little extra joy this holiday season. These aren't just any gifts! Working with community caseworkers, we've learned a little about the people receiving them, from their ages and clothing sizes to their favourite colours, characters and interests. That means every gift has been thoughtfully selected with someone specific in mind. Your job? Help us bring those thoughtful details together, add a little holiday sparkle and make sure every gift feels as special as the person receiving it. Bonus points for impressive gift-wrapping skills (but enthusiasm counts just as much)!

Let's take the holiday magic beyond our walls! After a day of packing, wrapping and preparing, it's time to get these gifts and care kits into the hands of the community organizations helping us reach those who need them most. You'll help load, transport and deliver items to our community partners across Toronto, making sure all that love and hard work gets where it needs to go. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, but helping hands are always appreciated! Consider yourself one of Ubuntu's holiday elves on wheels.

Every great holiday celebration needs a crew to bring it home! After a full day of giving, gathering and spreading joy, help us put the finishing touches on another Ubuntu Holiday Initiative. We'll be carefully packing away decorations, organizing supplies, tidying up and returning the space to its original glory. It might be the final shift of the day, but it's an important one. Many hands make light work, and a little music, good company and holiday spirit make it that much better. Come help us close out the magic and celebrate a job well done!
