Oakwood Creative Care's Adult Day Club is a person-centered program that empowers older adults living with dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, and other cognitive or physical challenges to live with purpose, dignity, and joy. Rather than focusing on limitations, our Club celebrates each person's strengths through meaningful engagement, creative expression, movement, lifelong learning, and genuine social connection. Each day, members can participate in a variety of enriching experiences, including art classes, music, exercise and wellness programs, brain-healthy activities, games, discussion groups, educational presentations, and intergenerational opportunities.
