Subject: Volunteer Shift Manager Testing Hey Team, As we conduct our testing of the Volunteer Shift Manager over the next three days, please keep the following points in mind: - Stay Signed In: Keep your names on shifts for real-time evaluation. - Last-Minute Requests: The system will notify us if someone needs to remove their name, allowing us to adjust accordingly. - Adding Openings: We’ll assess how effectively the system sends notifications for last-minute changes. - Management Focus: We need to evaluate how the system: - Generates automated sign-in logs. - Tracks volunteer hours. - Facilitates communication for no-shows. I will also be sending out welcome and reminder notes for the shifts as if we are in the middle of the festival. Be aware that this is all part of the test, and these notifications will help us simulate real-time interactions. Thank you for your cooperation and participation!
