In this role, volunteers will make an event map, print handouts, and both gather materials & create signs for the event. Volunteers are also asked to consult with Dowling's special education department to determine how to do an inclusive walk. Note that a shorter route can be added this year for an easier hike for younger kids. Timing is flexible, but volunteers in these roles are asked to attend a one-hour kick-off call on Wednesday, 9/16, if at all possible.
