Logo & mark
The mark is a 3×2 grid of shift tiles with a calendar header band. The amber tile with a small person is a confirmed volunteer slot. Keep clear space around it equal to at least half its width.

Sized for the wordmark to stay readable at a large size (a social post, a printed piece). For a small square, like an avatar or an app listing icon, use the icon above instead.

Please don't recolor the mark, stretch it, or place the color version on a background it doesn't contrast against. Use the reversed version on forest, photos, or anything dark.
Mascot
The shift tile is one volunteer shift, drawn as a character. Its amber body is the confirmed slot from our mark, and the dark band with two rings makes it a calendar page. It worries when slots are open and cheers when the shift is full, which is the whole job of the product.
In motion
Its mood follows the state of the shift, and a small move marks each event: a nod when a slot fills, a flinch when someone cancels, a hop when the shift is full. Try it.

One mascot per screen or post, and never in place of the logo. Use the expressions shown here rather than drawing new ones. Don't recolor it, stretch it, or put it on amber, where its body disappears. It reads well on cream, white, and forest. Keep it calm: it can wave, it doesn't shout.
Color palette
Click a swatch to copy its hex value. Forest and amber are the two that make it ours; the rest support them.

- Calm, not hyper-growth SaaS-y
- Supportive, not demanding
- Practical, not innovation theater
- Volunteer-first, not admin-only
In copy
- Lead with the coordinator's pain, not our features
- Direct CTAs that name what happens next
- No enterprise fluff, no jargon
- “Program,” “Shift,” “Volunteer,” never campaign, job, or user
